Why servicing the needs of your claims underwriters is a good investment.

You are warmly invited to enjoy a Full English Breakfast with 3i Infotech at Balls Brothers Lime Street, on Tuesday 25 November. During times of recession and financial uncertainty, client retention is an essential part of business success. Whilst brokers can focus on client retention through their direct client relationships, a significant part of a client's perception will be created by their experience when they have a claim. It is therefore essential to brokers that their clients have as good an experience as possible when dealing with claims underwriters. Helping claims underwriters to improve the processing of claims will boost client retention for brokers.

Our guest speaker is Howard Flight MP, who will share his thoughts on the recent financial meltdown.

3i Infotech will highlight the importance of client retention at this unprecedented time and suggest how brokers can increase customer retention by significantly improving document handling for claims underwriters.
